We are really excited to introduce you to the family-run small business owner with which you were so generous in partnering up by helping to provide the tools they need to grow and thrive. Your help leads to further prosperity, not only for their family but to the communities of Judea and Samaria as a whole. Because only through “Economic Zionism” can we affect real change on the ground.

As you may know, returning to the land of Israel comes with those souls of the past who only, in their wildest dreams, could image themselves living a fulfilling life within the land of Israel. And with that being said, we have a very special and beautiful family-run cafe/bakery to connect you to who is doing just that, returning to the land of Israel and bringing the memory of those passed with them.

Hana Agiv is fulfilling her dreams of creating a most beautiful culinary experience, in the Jordan Valley. Her heart and soul have been put into her cafe/bakery called Rosalia, the name of Hana’s grandmother, a holocaust survivor from whom she gained inspiration for life and food.

Hana’s philosophy is illustrated in her words, “The simple things can be the important things that chart the path for us and make us be in our destiny. “
